DETAILS: MileMarker ("Service") is a product of Kirei, LLC ("Kirei"). Kirei is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect and how we may use it.

1. When you sign up to collect ideas with MileMarker, we need to ask for information such as your name and email address. We may also need your billing address and credit card information if you have chosen a paid account.
2. Kirei uses the collected information for the following general purposes: to process and fulfill your order, billing, service improvement, to notify you about your account, for standard business reporting, and research.
3. Kirei will not make any of the collected information available to anyone. We ensure that all of your data remain private and confidential and will never sell, rent, exchange or share your personal information with any third-parties, except for in the following cases: Kirei may need to share the information collected in order to respond to investigation, court orders, legal process, or to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of MileMarker's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
4. Kirei will send a welcoming email to verify your new account. We will only email account holders for billing purposes and occasional MileMarker service related announcements.
5. Kirei may use a technology called "cookies" to store session information. A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. MileMarker may set and access MileMarker cookies (and only MileMarker cookies) on your computer, cookies are required to use the MileMarker service.
6. Kirei may periodically update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your MileMarker account and/or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
